OEM / Dealer Requirements

IMCO Marine considers qualified applications from established businesses actively involved in the marine industry, including boat manufacturers, boat dealers, performance marine dealers, marinas, and other legitimate marine-related businesses.

OEM and dealer pricing is offered to qualifying businesses at IMCO Marine’s discretion. To be considered, applicants must provide documentation verifying that their business is actively operating in the marine industry.

Required Documentation

Please submit the following documents for your OEM or dealer application:

  1. Current Business License – A copy of your active business license.
  2. State Sales Tax Certificate – A copy of your sales tax certificate or permit, where applicable.
  3. Business Advertisement – A copy of a current phone book listing, magazine advertisement, or comparable business advertisement.
  4. Business Check – A copy of a check issued from your business account.
  5. Resale Certificate – A signed resale card, required for California applicants.
  6. Coast Guard Hull Identification Certificate – Required for original equipment manufacturers (OEMs).

Possession of an IMCO Marine OEM or dealer price sheet does not automatically qualify a business for OEM or dealer pricing. All required documentation must be submitted and reviewed before purchasing at the applicable pricing level can be approved.

How to Apply

Please email your documentation to info@imcomarine.com for review.

If you have questions about the application process, please contact our team. We appreciate your interest in becoming an IMCO Marine OEM or dealer.
